The complex process of buying the Cisco Dam continues to proceed. The undertaking has proven to be a substantially protracted procedure. Many people have attempted to navigate the FERC website to gain perspective on progress of the effort to remove the Dam from the license and found it to be difficult at best. The following relevant documents have been posted here on the CCROA website to help members understand some of the intricacies of the process. Many people have contributed to the Dam fund and deserve updates on progress of our effort to purchase of the Dam. Every property owner and user of the Cisco Chain has a vested interest as well. To that end, I am committed to providing updates on the Dam purchase as they become available.
